You might be a Digital Marketing Executive or Social Media Coordinator looking for a new challenge. You could be full-time or part-time; perhaps you are returning to work or studying; come to us with your situation. We would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Elevate CRM, social media and website analytics at BVN. Turn analytics into insights to help inform storytelling to engage our primary audiences
- Maximise our CRM. You will want to stay current with HubSpot and all things digital marketing. Particular EDMs. We use HubSpot. Be its champion
- Website custodian. We are not looking for a web developer but someone confident enough to work closely with one another to achieve outcomes. We use Sanity as our CMS.
- Our intranet needs a champion too. We need a community leader looking to coordinate the posting of internal events and videos, like design reviews or Town Halls.

We have people who can make great content, so the focus is integrating various digital marketing systems. If you want to create content, you'll be welcome, but it isn't the primary responsibility of the role.

**Selection Criteria**:

- 2 years' experience in a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Can demonstrate experience successfully managing CRM systems (HubSpot a plus).
- Has grown a subscriber base for a newsletter and can talk to successful strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with GA and Social Media analytics: able to track and turn these into meaningful insights. Explain trends.
- Some experience with intranets beneficial.
- Communicative, positive and proactive.
- Personal commitment and interest in sustainability and working to design a better planet.
- Experience or interest in architecture and design.
