**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer who is looking to join a committed and professional team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- accurately managing pick ticket orders
- picking warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements
- packing items according to protocol
- labeling packages correctly
- staging items correctly for delivery
- operating handling equipment, and ensuring safety regulations are followed

You will also be responsible for planning and monitoring product storage and dispatch, identifying stock replenishment needs and advising accordingly, monitoring stock control systems, and processing specific orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring warehouse goals are met, maintaining a high level of health and safety standards, shrink-wrapping products to pallets, loading delivery vehicles, packing warehouse orders as necessary, and performing other general warehouse duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working within a warehouse
- Forklift License (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer skills - ERP and Microsoft skills
