A Busy 8 Doctors **General Practice and Skin clinic**seeking an experienced professional Medical Receptionist who is enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working team player with excellent administration skills.
Practice is **mix bill** and use Best Practice software - We use **Easyclaim and Patient claim + Tyro for payment**.

Operating hours - **Mon
- Fri 8-5 pm Sat 9-5 pm** - Availability for Saturdays is required
- **Salary is negotiable for senior receptionist or 2IC.**_
- **People without experience also welcome to apply.**_
- **Duties include but not limited to**:_

Answering phone calls, taking messages & answering patient inquiries
Booking appointments and procedures.

Ability to perform all reception duties with mínimal supervision and provide report to senior admin staff.
Processing payments through Tyro for private patients
End of day banking reconciliations
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
**Previous experience in General Practice is Essential**
Experience with Best Practice software preferred
Proficient in computer skills
Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
Fluency in English is essential
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Managing patient invoicing and knowledge of different kind of Billings such as Medicare, Work cover, Private.
Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
Professional, reliable and friendly nature
Ability in liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Pay: based on Award and level of experience**
