**Salary package of up to $103,133, includes a base salary (of $91,272 - $98,291) + employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the role**

This position is responsible for the development of effective technical documentation, work instructions and user guides that allow for the ongoing uplift of capability and knowledge

You will be part of a team that explains how to use critical HR systems effectively through practical written instructions, supports organisational processes through the maintenance of related forms and knowledge, and helps to maintain currency of HR policies and procedures.

**About you**

You will have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet quality standards. You will have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

In addition, you will have the following:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation, work instructions and user guides for a range of mediums and channels to meet business internal operations, customer guidance and knowledge needs.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
