- We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our team in Benowa, part of the Gold Coast region.- This permanent, full-time role. Hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday,**Who are we?**

- As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.- You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking, amending & confirming appointments for clients
- Greeting clients at the clinic and being the face of the clinic
- Assisting with client equiries, either in person or via other forms of communication
- Working collaboratively with other teams within the clinic, nurses, ENTs and Clinicians
- Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices (on the job training provided)
- Accurate billing of appointments
- Other general office duties such as opening and closing procedures, stock ordering and documentation & filing

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
- Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
- Excellent computer skills
- A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Gold Coast Clinics from time to time.
