Apprentice Glazier

This is a Full time position. As a Glazier Apprentice you will undertake a Certificate 3 in Glass and Glazing, this is a 4 year apprenticeship.

As a Glazier Apprentice you will be responsible for measuring, installing and repairing glass within structures. You may also:

- Cut thin glass by hand
- Process glass by basic machines
- Make measurements and calculations
- Glaze and reglaze windows and doors
- Select, cut and process materials for glazing products
- Move single glass sheets by mechanical means
- Assemble glazing products
- Work safely at heights

To be considered for a Glazier Apprenticeship the following is required:

- A willingness to develop skills and knowledge in this trade
- Be punctual and have a good work ethic
- White Card (or be willing to obtain prior to starting)
- Enjoy practical and manual work
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in a team
- MUST have a car and licence
- Satisfactorily pass a pre employment medical
- Physically fit and able
- Involves some metal fabrication to manufacture window frames
- Manufacture and installation of glass for commercial and residential clients

**You will be required to work from the workshop in Salisbury and travel all over Adelaide for on-site installation.**

**Salary**: $45,764.20 - $86,263.62 per year
