Our client has been leading the way through sustainable adventure products for decades. They love the outdoors, travel and any form of adventure and outdoor sports while leading by example and caring for our environment. With stores internationally and nationwide they offer endless training and support, allowing you to show your own unique style while you get to educate and offer an honest customer experience. With endless growth opportunities, we are currently looking for two passionate Store Managers to join their Joondalup or Belmont store.

**The role**:

- Leading and training a team of 10+
- Providing excellent customer experience through product knowledge and passion
- Managing and working towards sales and KPIs targets
- Effective communication and relationship building

**You will bring**:

- A love for adventure and the outdoors
- Experience in stock management and visual merchandising for a large format business.
- The ability to lead and train your team
- A passion for customer service and previous experience in working towards KPIs
