**The Company**:
Mobility Engineering is Australia’s largest Automotive Assistive Technology Supplier. We are a small business with 17 people, and we provide products and services to make lives of Disabled and Elderly Australians better and easier when in the community. We have a nationwide presence with a network of installers all around the country that fit our products and help Australians become more independent. Our company is well involved in the high growth NDIS space offering numerous potential career progression pathways.

**The Role**:
We are seeking to have someone join our Education team for the Trainer/ Educator position with a strong customer service orientated background and can-do attitude to join our fast-growing company. The role will involve delivering training programs relating to child and disability safe transport and seating. You will be required to deliver these training programs for our RTO as well as developing ongoing training material, updating the training courses as needed based on market and regulation changes. Please note that we provide these services Australia-Wide company and travel is mandatory for this role, due to the nature of this role being face to face training delivery, the ability to travel uncapped Australia-wide all year round is compulsory.

**Skills and Experience**

Any previous clinical education or training experience is essential, industry experience is preferred but not required. We are a values-based company with a strong team culture, and a "can-do attitude" is a must We are looking for someone who is very positive and able to work alone/autonomously as the senior managers can often be interstate or out of the office.

The following skills are what we are seeking:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116.
- Ability to deliver education/information on a range of topics in accordance with learning frameworks and strategy.
- Develop and follow up on training/education schedules.
- Develop training resources and content as directed and required.
- Subject matter expertise on the training courses delivered is preferred but not essential.
- Meet all KPI and reporting requirements.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
- Support the reporting of mandatory training requirements

Salaries are reviewed annually as a minimum.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
