Your opportunity

Based at Goodwin Village (Woollahra) and St Johns Village (Glebe), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Retirement Living facility. This position will see you delivering high-quality administrative and reception services while providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Manage reception, answer enquiries, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors- Provide high-quality administrative support including record-keeping, filing, and mail distribution- Assist with basic financial processes, including petty cash and reconciliations- Organise meetings, events, and tours for prospective residents- Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

What you’ll bring

You will also need:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administration or customer service- Strong organisational and communication skills-
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with older residents- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Ideally, you will also have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)- Experience in aged care, retirement living, or a similar environment- Drivers licence preferred
