As a tutor at Finer Framework, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of each student. You will assist students in understanding course material, preparing for exams, and developing effective study strategies. Our tutors are expected to provide a supportive and motivating learning environment that fosters academic growth and confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans that meet the individual learning needs and objectives of students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' progress, sessions, and schedules.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices or learn new tutoring techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Flexible availability to accommodate students' schedules, including evenings and weekends.

**Compensation**:

- Grade 10-12: $50 per hour
- Grade 7-9: $40 per hour
- Plus superannuation
- Regular professional development and support.
