**About the role**:
As an Insurance Administrator in our Head Office, you will be at the frontline of inbound customer enquiries from customers all over the state. You will be responsible for handling a variety of enquiries, ensuring timely support is provided while delivering a high standard of professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will but include but not be limited to:

- Handling insurance claims, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring accurate cost reporting for transport and storage.
- Overseeing transport scheduling, ensuring vehicles are organised, and liaising with dispatch operators for smooth transportation operations.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance in person or by phone, and ensuring timely and professional service.
- Accurate recording, filing, and maintaining of data; ensuring confidentiality and security of documentation.
- Providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations and supporting various departments as needed.
- Working as part of a team to share best practices, improve administrative processes, and contribute to operational effectiveness.

- Experience in the insurance industry and/or administration
- Possess outstanding communication, both verbally and written
- A positive and energetic approach to your work
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- The ability to work in a face paced team environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Possess efficient time management skills
- A desire to learn and take on feedback
- The ability to work a rotating roster, including some weekend work
