Novo Shoes **ERINA** is looking for a **Part Time Assistant Store Manager.**

30hrs p/w minimum on a Wednesday
- Saturday roster

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will:

- **Supervise the daily operations.** Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members at all times.
- **Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.**:

- Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- **Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction**

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Shoe obsessed**:

- Previous retail and or customer service experience is necessary
- **Ability to work with your regional manager to achieve organisational and store goals**:

- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
- **Proven track record in working with KPI's**:

- You have a sound background in people management and have a proven track record of developing your team's skills set.
- **Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and customers**:

- Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $45,839.72 - $71,438.42 per year
