We are a maintenance business servicing local Real estates across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

We are looking for a reliable qualified tradesman to join our team

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to fulfill all general maintenance duties
- Major building work (eg erecting decks, balustrades)
- Major painting work (eg painting and plastering)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Identify and report the need for major repairs

**Requirements and skills**
- Carpentry/Plastering experience is highly desirable
- Previous hands-on experience in the maintenance/building and construction industry
- Carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, labouring, property maintenance or handyman skills/experience
- Able to work on roofs and ladders (limited)
- Must be able to work with no supervision and happy to work with mínimal contact with other people. This is a job where you work on your own most of the time
- Current Manual Australian Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a Police Check
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail

Vehicle, fuel card and tools supplied
