AssetBM is looking for an experienced Facility Manager with professional leadership skills. If you have building /facilities/hotel management experience, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a leader who cares about the resident experience, is proactive in maintaining the Asset with pride, and someone who works towards creating a safe and strong community within the apartment lifestyle.

We are a Melbourne-based Building management company that is experiencing extraordinary growth since its humble beginnings. We are uniquely positioned for expansion in Melbourne. Our portfolio is spread across metropolitan Melbourne. This is a full-time role in a prestigious apartment complex, mostly Mon-Fri, based in Melbourne City.

**Skills required**
- Leadership skills to empower the onsite team
- Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills to establish and implement proactive maintenance programs, routine inspections, and organise repairs.
- People skills to engage with cleaners, contractors, consultants, residents, committee members etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & tech savvy in general
- Negotiation skills to secure competitive quotes and manage service contracts
- ESM and defect management experience
- A brand ambassador to represent AssetBM in a good light

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
