Broker Support required for Small but growing Mortgage Broker Business based City Fringe close to public transport.

This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills.

Providing you with autonomy, your self-motivation and focus will drive you to manage the home loan process whilst making sound decisions and effectively managing your time.

The Role:

- Assisting the brokers at all stages of the loan process
- Build rapport with customers/borrowers to instil confidence in processes
- Ordering of Valuations
- Lodging Residential Applications
- Liaising with and file noting all discussions/appointments/correspondence with customers, financial institutes and solicitors (verbal and written communications)
- Advise the Borrower of any changed or added conditions and what is further required
- Liaise with Banks/Lawyers to ensure all requirements are met for settlement
- Adhoc duties
