About Us
We specialise in importing luxury marble products from all over the world in the form of benchtop slabs. We service a high end, high demand and exclusive client base, including designers, architects, developers, construction companies and individual private purchasers. Our clients are accustomed to high levels of service and quality in this field which we specialise in providing.
The Venue
To showcase our products we have a spacious 1100 square metre Gallery/Showroom where our large format slabs are displayed and stored. We take great great pride in the presentation and care of these products.
The Role
This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of skills including general operations of a large venue, some physical work as well as great customer service skills when dealing with our clients and assisting our sales team throughout the sales process.
We are looking for a person with a mixed skill set to help run the showroom on a daily basis. The role itself is diverse as it involves an interesting mix of tasks and responsibilities. As our showroom manager you will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to the following:
Daily venue operations, opening closing venue, upkeep and presentation of the showroom, meeting/greeting clients, assisting presentations, assisting and coordinating event preparation and management, operating equipment (full training provided), assist setting up presentations and or displays, receiving stock, dispatching stock, assisting management with stock control and stock monitoring, assisting our sales team when serving our clients, assisting in the unloading of containers when we receive imports.
We are seeking a well presented responsible individual who has experience in more than one aspect of the above mentioned responsibilities. It is not essential to meet all the above requirements as full training and assistance will be provided to help you learn the role and grow with us.
This would be an ideal role for someone looking to diversify from customer service for a role that includes a broader more interesting range of tasks and responsibilities and enjoys a change in pace throughout the work day.
