**What will you bring?**
- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
- **Just so you know, all applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks as part of the background check process._
