About Us
About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our busy back-of-house team. As a vital member of our kitchen brigade, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchens, which support three bustling outlets and a central main kitchen.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of hygiene and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Wash and sanitise dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
Manage the removal and disposal of waste, adhering to recycling and environmental guidelines.
Support the kitchen team by replenishing cleaning supplies and assisting with basic preparation tasks as required.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and industrial sinks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
About You

A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
