With passion and precision at the heart of everything we do, being a Casual Sales Assistant in our **Chermside **David Jones Concession - you will play a crucial part in helping our brand GROW We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is passionate about our brand and looking to _grow a career in fashion._

**_ About the role_**

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be responsible for taking our customers on a Ginger & Smart journey; sharing your product knowledge, styling customers in our latest collections and being in the loop with current fashion trends. You will be working very closely with your team to support with visual merchandising, collaborating to achieve KPI goals and sharing overall brand awareness through customer service.

This role is heavily customer service focused with key responsibilities including:

- Greeting customers - enticing foot traffic to take interest in the brand
- Styling customers - incorporating knowledge of our sustainable fabrics and the latest fashion trends to create unique looks
- Brand loyalty - the ability to build relationships with customers
- Customer enquiries - checking stock availability across other stores or through our online store
- Sales focused - work closely with your manager to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets

**_ About you_**
- Previous sales experience (with the ability to promote the Ginger & Smart collections)
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets
- Ability to multi task
- Eagerness to nurture & build a VIP customer base
- Team player who is self-motivated, well-organized & has great problem-solving skills
- Be someone who LOVES our products and willingness to learn more
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; familiar with opening & closing procedures
