**About the Role**

We have a young client in the** Fairfield West **area with **Complex Care** needs and your responsibilities will include:

- ** Personal Care **assistance and supporting with hygiene
- Support the client with **activities out in the community,** and support taking to medical appointments as needed
- Daily living assistance and Domestic duties around the household
- Support with Manual handling assistance using **Ceiling hoist transfers** and **wheelchair assistance**:

- Assistance with **Complex Cares **including - Bowel and Catheter Care

**Variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle**
- Monday & Friday shifts - 9am - 12pm
- Thursday & Saturday shifts - 7pm - 9pm

**About you**

As an experienced **Support Worker**, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Passionate about supporting children with a disability
- Good **Manual Handing skills** including hoist
- Experienced and understanding of physical disabilities like **Spinal Cord Injuries and Paralysis**:

- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
