**Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes**:

- Support Worker Positions available for the **provision of Personal Support Services**:

- **Permanent Part-Time contracts** available with** hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super**:

- Travel Allowance of **$0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time** between clients
- **Lismore NSW **location and surrounding suburbs including **Broadwater, Booerie Creek, Caiaba, Coraki, Codrington, Corndale, Dunoon, East Lismore, Girards Hill, Keerrong, Loftville, Modanville, Monaltrie, Nimbin, North Lismore, Numulgi, Rosebank, South Gundurimba, South Lismore, Tregeagle, Tuckurimba, Tuncester & Woodburn.**

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday's)
- **Must have** a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

**Your New Role**:

- **Personal Care**: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Client Awareness**:such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
