Ready to inspire young minds? Our beautiful Nido **Wembley**service is looking for a vibrant and dedicated Lead Educator to join our growing team This is a 9 month maternity leave contract. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Stunning double story 63 place service close to the bus stop for easy commute to work
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 4 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
- Short drive to the Herdsman market for convenient lunch breaks
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or working towards)
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- In-depth experience working in a childcare service
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
