Office Allrounder

Cello Paper is seeking a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic junior office administrator to be part of our integral administration team based at our Fairfield East NSW Office.

We are looking for a person with the following attributes to join our friendly team:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of computer programs and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Professional presentation

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Duties Include

Office Administration

Sales Calls

Addressing and redirecting client inquiries

Arranging and confirming client appointments

Diary management

Data collection and entry

Maintenance of files and filing system

Whilst this is an entry level position, we require a person who loves a challenge, lots of phone contact and prides themselves on their ability to “get the job done” whilst working as part of an energetic team.

Salary between $60,000 and $69,000 Annual
