Care Integrity agency has been providing exceptional support and trade services throughout Melbourne. We've rapidly grown across Melbourne and are recruiting a support worker for an aged care client in the suburb of Belgrave.

We pay well above award rates.
- Shifts will be 12:00pm-2:00pm on Mondays and Fridays weekly, and Wednesdays fortnightly.
- An understanding of the disability sector and person-centered support
- Excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach
- Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to Care Integrity
- Previous employment experience in the aged care or community services industry.

The role may involve:

- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Working in a smoking environment

Essential criteria:

- The right to work in Australia
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Working with children check

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
