**How will I help?**

This is a merged role, working within a combined internal and outsourced team to ensure appropriate financial control over financial data relating to areas of responsibility. Come join our team on a permanent basis

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting WIB business - daily product system, cash clearing recs, suspense clearing breaks reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Westpac policy
- Understanding of electronic traded futures (ETFs) and supporting WIB business with break clearances journals, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Analytic reviews on a monthly basis
- Review and approval of high risk processes.
- Address and resolve issues raised by counterparts.
- Identify and instigate process improvements for team.
- Establish and maintain effective consultative relationships with peers across Finance.
- Maintain BAU work, training and testing arrangements with outsourced provider.

**What do I need?**
- CA or CPA qualification is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of ETFs
- Understanding of daily product systems
- Product control experience
