**About the role**:
You’ll work with leading haircare brands such as **ColorWow**, **Alfaparf**, Pump, **K18**, Olaplex and many more. Your role will be to deliver outstanding service, understand each client's needs, and guide them to the perfect products.
- Do you love luxury and on-trend haircare products and want to share that passion with customers?
- Do you enjoy building rapport with clients and seeing them return to restock?

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide an in‑store experience that keeps customers coming back
- Collaborate with the team to deliver consistently exceptional service
- Maintain professional visual merchandising standards

**About you**:

- Qualified hairdresser (Certificate III preferred)
- Personable, engaging, and passionate about haircare
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and organised
- Reliable and well presented
- Team player, sales-minded and target-driven
- Strong knowledge of the haircare industry

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Previous hairdressing or haircare industry experience
- Retail sales background
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail setting

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
