**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a casual Handyperson to join the team at Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

Estimated shifts: 3 days per week, 16-20 hours per week.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications
