As an AIN, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

**Position: Assistant in Nursing (AIN)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on assistance to registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilizing patients.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support patients in their emotional and social needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Empathetic, patient, and attentive to the needs of patients.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $23.33 - $52.40 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Punchbowl, NSW 2196: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
