This incredible women's fashion brand is growing rapidly across Australia and currently looking for a dynamic, fun-loving Store Manager to join their Carousel, Belmont and Joondalup stores.

**You will bring**:

- Fun, bubbly and dynamic personality with a passion for customer experience and styling
- Previous experience in visual merchandising is essential
- Can do attitude with a positive mindset
- Experience in managing a team within a fashion environment in extremely desirable

**The role**:

- Growing a returning customer base and local marketing to build brand awareness.
- Leading and developing a team of 5
- Empowering your customers through customer experience and styling
- Stock management and all in store visual merchandising
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
