- **Base Salary $103K + 17% superannuation**

**About the opportunity**

Under the supervision of the Exchange Coordinator, undertake a broad range of administrative and student support activities associated with the Study Abroad and Exchange programs. This will include providing support on a wide range of development and marketing activities aimed to foster growth of the programs. The **Exchange Adviser**plays a critical integral role in assisting Sydney Global Mobility to provide these services to prospective and currently enrolled students in relation to mobility.

**About you**
- experience in supporting administrative functions including student advising within a university setting
- excellent communication skills with highly developed interpersonal ability
- strong teamwork ability but also uses initiative and driven to work autonomously
- ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines within a pressured work environment
- confidently liaises with senior members of staff, students, and a wide range of external stakeholders.
