Role overview

As Retail Manager, you will set the daily tone, mentor the team, and drive strategic decisions that position us as a leader in the Northern Rivers. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guiding the team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations.
- Determinate product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Implement purchasing policies, supplier management, and pricing.
- Manage direct customer service and advice on seasonal products.
- Support local promotion/advertising of the venue.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and finances.
- Create and manage budgets for efficient financial management.
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and regulatory requirements.

Skills & experience
- Around 1-2+ years experience as a retail manager. (or in a closely related role)
- Strong communication and leadership skills ;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Able to work weekends and split shifts.
