Accounts Administrator

Join our small office team of 6 staff in a growing family business in Byford.

We are looking for an **enthusiastic person** for an Accounts/Admin role. Will suit someone with good **attention to detail **and a **willingness to learn.**

The position is Part-Time, Tuesday to Friday. (24-30hrs per week)

**What's Involved**:

- Preparing management accounts for directors
- Tracking Cash Flow and Performance spreadsheets
- Timely BAS lodgement
- Liaise with external accountants
- Reconciling accounts
- General small office duties

**Who we're looking for**:

- Bright, cheerful, friendly phone manner and personality
- Experience in similar roles
- Good attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Accounting/ERP Systems
- Ability to liaise with people in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to work as a team and relieve for other positions if and when required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

- No weekends

- Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
