**About the Company**
This organisation is Australia’s premier education and training ground in the performing arts. Offering world-renowned conservatoire training across a range including; Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership.

**About the role**
- Provide full HR lifecycle support including posting job adverts, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, pre-employment process management, new starter paperwork, and onboarding tasks including employment offers
- Provide support to the HR team on special projects and other initiatives as required

**About you**
You will have experience as a HR Coordinator and have had exposure across the full HR lifecycle. You will enjoy supporting a HR Team and will demonstrate high energy and great attention to detail. You will be proactive and self motivated and be ready to take on any challenges that come your way head on You will also have the following:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work at pace with multiple priorities
