**Your Role**:
This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to women affected by domestic and family violence. You’ll work closely with clients at our site, assisting with intake, assessment, and a variety of day-to-day support needs. You will be at the forefront of helping women rebuild their lives in a safe and caring environment.

**Your Responsibilites**:

- Provide empathetic, trauma-informed care and support, ensuring the dignity and rights of all clients are upheld
- Collaborate with case management to implement tailored client case plans
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the daily operations of the accommodation service
- Advocate for clients with external agencies as needed
- Ensure support is in line with the Client Service Delivery Model (CSDM) and best practice standards
- Operate in a safe and ethical manner, following WHS guidelines and upholding our commitment to safeguarding children and young people

**You Will Need**:

- To be female (this is a genuine occupational requirement under section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW))
- A relevant Certificate or equivalent experience, or tertiary study in a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- An ethical, non-judgmental approach to supporting residents and staff
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including day, afternoon, and sleepover shifts
