We are looking for energetic, reliable and fun team members to join our close knit team. Located on the banks of Lake **Daylesford** and with exquisite water views from any vantage point, Boathouse restaurant is one of the most iconic places in Daylesford.

**About the Role**

To ensure that all guests needs are met or exceeded, and the service levels are consistent and efficient at all times.
To be fully conversant with every menu item and to provide explanations if requested.
Strong knowledge of restaurant service including set-ups, tear down and food & beverage service on offer.
Have strong knowledge of Food and Beverage menus and have ability to upsell menu items.
To perform all tasks including cleaning, set-ups, packed down and other general service requirements.
To ensure all service areas including all seating, bar and toilets are kept immaculate at closing.
**About what we need from you**

Hospitality experience in fine dinning restaurant & bar operation is desirable
Must hold a current responsibility service of Alcohol (RSA)
Above all else, the customer service experience and engagement is our priority, so a positive team player with a can-do attitude is key
Availability to work weekends and dinner shifts
