The digital marketing intern will be responsible for developing and helping to deploy digital marketing strategies that drive conversions and help to lift fini. the label to an all-new digital level and increase our brand reach.

fini. the label is a family-owned small business that has secured a well-known position in the market for sales of high quality, high end, headwear (predominantly for children).

Established in 2016, our focus is mínimalist fashion, with an intention for ‘buy once, wear forever’. Simple, practical designs that compliment any outfit. With a healthy return customer base, we are seeking the perfect creative person to increase our brand reach for many more to fall in love with our high quality and high-end designs.

DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping to plan & build out marketing calendars
- Drafting, formatting, editing and posting original content / social media content, blog content, including graphics, photographs and video
- Create engaging content on a range of social media platforms (incl. FB, Reels, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest)
- Contribute to the social media strategy to drive engagement and increase traffic/audience to all platforms
- Scheduling of posts and ensure correct content/messaging
- Track content performance and provide feedback
- Identify trends within the industry and utilize for campaigns
- Engage key influencers
- Updating websites
- Assist with photography/videography
- Assist with coordinating PR activities
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Manage and report google analytics data
- Maintaining databases and compile reports
- Willingness to provide general office support including fulfilling customer orders during peak periods

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and use of Shopify desired
- Basic social media background with experience in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest and blog postings
- Experience in writing/sub-editing
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and good presentation skills
- Experience with Canva or Klaviyo
- Graphic design, photography and video production is advantageous but not essential
- SEO knowledge and use of keywords
- Paid Digital Media experience
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- University level student looking to gain experience in their chosen field or a more seasoned professional looking for a casual position with the opportunity for future growth and development in this dynamic and fast-growing company
- Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- This position requires an individual who can work well independently and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary
- An interest and passion in influencer marketing and the influencer landscape
- Creative, savvy and up-to-date with digital trends
- A positive, mature, and ‘can do’ attitude
- Innovative thinker
- Desire to learn, work collaboratively and open to take on new tasks
- Must love fashion

This hybrid position will be based at our warehouse/office in Newtown, Geelong. Applicants are required to have their own laptop for use in the office.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Monday Tuesday Thursday 10am-2pm
