- **Drive optimisation & maximisation of residential aged care funding**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Funding & Admissions, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring residential subsidy and funding centred to the ANACC funding model across the BaptistCare Residential Aged Care Homes.

This exciting opportunity will see you assist and provide advice to a portfolio of Residential Managers, helping them improve their funding performance, achieve their financial targets and increase profitability, whilst supporting the end-to-end admissions and discharge process.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge and experience in Aged Care and Aged Care Accreditation
- Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC)
- Experience in training small groups and workplace assessment
- Previous experience working with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
- High level written and oral communication with excellence in documentation and investigative skills
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management, ability to meet deadlines
- Australian Drivers Licence and commitment to frequent travel across BaptistCare sites
- Sound technology skills, literate in MS Office, Excel, Outlook 365
- Alignment to BaptistCare’s values, mission and purpose.
