**The company**

This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join this rapidly growing aged care organisation based in the inner eastern suburbs. They are currently in a high growth phase and this is expected to continue into the foreseeable future.

**The role**

This is a highly commercial role that will include a wide variety of business partnering. It is available on a permanent full-time basis with genuine scope for progression. You will report directly to the CFO and work in a high-performing team. You will be required to manage key relationships, both internally and externally, and across all levels.

You will have primary responsibility for consolidating the company's budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for monitoring against the organisation's overall financial and strategic plan. Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Preparing monthly management reporting and analysis by explaining key trends and variances to budget/forecast.
- Review financial results with stakeholders and coach them as required to improve their financial acumen.
- Act as a trusted partner and key conduit between the Finance and Operations teams for information and reporting in relation to financial and non-financial data.
- Assisting with business cases and feasibility studies
- Contributing to the maintenance, development, and ongoing improvement of various financial models
- Ad-hoc project work

In order to secure this position, you will have a strong background in finance business partnering. You will be adaptable and place a strong emphasis on relationship building across all levels. The following will be favourably looked upon:

- CA/CPA qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in a commercial role, preferably aged care
- Stakeholder management experience across all levels
- ERP system experience within a complex environment
- Outstanding communication skills
