Air Aroma is a global fragrance marketing company looking for a Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to help our growing demand and to be a part of our growing, dynamic and innovative team. We have an immediate opening for, experienced & qualified technician for installations and servicing of our equipment that connects to HVAC. Position is for a full time employee that will work remotely at client job sites as scheduled. Frequent travel is required.

Job Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to install and service our products to a variety of different HVAC systems, in a diverse number of industry locations including commercial, residential, retail & hospitality. Travel is required frequently within Australia. You must be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills. We are seeking a dedicated team member who is able to ensure flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills, while always maintaining the highest level of customer service. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills required.

Other responsibilities include:

- Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
- Providing knowledgeable and courteous service
- Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
- Always following the installation/maintenance guidelines.
- Provision of timely report at completion of each job
- Work safely and leave a clean area behind when finished

**Requirements**:

- Must have 1-3 years experience and a driver's license.
- High School Diploma
- Be clean cut well groomed
- Be confident with clients and take your career seriously
- Ability to use a computer
- Applicants holding a master-level trade/occupational license or certification in HVAC is highly regarded
- Prior experience in hospitality industry engineering is also highly regarded
- Excellent English skills required, with other language skills also highly regarded.
- Standard work hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, but must have flexibility to work variable and flexible hours to meet client's needs.
