**About the Role**

**The Person**
You will be a passionate and driven person who loves people and wants to work and grow within the agricultural industry. Preferably you will have recruitment experience or HR related skills to bring to the role.

To be successful you will have:

- strong networking and commercial skills
- exceptional relationship and people management skills
- ideally recruitment experience
- good people skills with a great sense of humor, down to earth attitude, and a naturally inquisitive
