Medical Receptionist

Our practice is looking to add another team member to our team.

We are looking for the right team member to join our team 3 days a week Monday,Wednesday and Friday (No weekend work). Must be able to work between the hours of 8am-5pm. Have Medical Reception experience.

What we are looking for:
Medical Administration/receptionist experience (Must have)

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills

Experience with medical software e.g Genie (but not essential)

Confident computer skills

Ability to work independently as well as team

Confidence to work under pressure

Exceptional communication skills.

Self motivation

Have a friendly professional phone manner.

Must be able to multitask

Duties will include:
Reading and entering referrals

Booking and rescheduling patient appointments

Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries

Entering theatre list and operation reports

Scanning and filing

End of day Billing

Cash handling/eftpos payments

General Administrative duties

Some light cleaning duties

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
