We are a kitchen manufacturing company in Eastern Creek specializing in joinery for new residential homes. You will be working alongside a close knit, supportive and friendly team who all pride themselves on their hard work and attention to detail, striving to produce a quality product for our clients.

**Your new role**
As a Factory Foreman you will be responsible for the coordination of jobs for production. Working in a busy and high-volume environment it is key that you enjoy and thrive under this kind of working environment. Duties include:

- Ensure all production schedules are met within a timely manner
- Check and progress all quality of jobs to ensure they are kept to a high standard
- Responsible for mentoring and supervising workshop staff

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally you will be an experienced cabinetmaker and must have a proven record of experience leading a team. Ideally you will also have:

- A white Card
- Successful and proven experience managing a team of trade persons
- Able to read and interpret kitchen plans
- A can-do attitude
