**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out building work in accordance with approved plans and building codes
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site managers
- Read and interpret architectural and structural plans
- Contribute to on-site problem-solving and decision-making
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a current and valid **Building Practitioner Certificate**:

- Proven experience in the construction/building industry
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must have own tools and reliable transport (if required)

**Preferred but not required**:

- First Aid Certification
- SiteSafe or equivalent
- Experience in project supervision or leadership roles

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $24.50 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
