**Duties**:

- Use catalogues and computer databases to identify and locate the correct parts to meet customer's requirements
- Managing customer enquiries by responding efficiently to counter, phone and internet enquiries
- Preparation of quotes and purchase orders for trade, retail and internal customers
- Work closely with the workshop to ensure the correct parts are ordered
- General warehousing duties including picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, receipting and checking in deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse in an organised manner

**About you**:

- Have excellent communication and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer focus
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Enjoy both practical and manual activities, along with administrative tasks
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Technical aptitude
- Well presented
- Driver's license preferred
