**About the position**

Our Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer focused individual at our New Lambton site. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests. This role would be well suited to a numbers-savvy individual as a large portion of this role will be located in our cash handling facility. Key responsibilities include:

- High volume cash handing experience
- Counting and balancing the safe
- Reconciliation of banking for all departments within the club
- Knowledge of Gaming Machines
- High level of attention to detail
- Provide friendly customer service
- Drink orders and delivery to machines
- Reset and payout jackpot wins
- Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
- Cleaning of work station and equipment
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning

This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.

This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

**Certifications required: RSA, RCG**
