We are the supplier of CHOICE to some of Australia’s largest well-known logistics businesses. We specialise in loading and unloading containers in around the Greater Sydney Region. We provide such other services including reworks, pick/pack, and managed labour.

**IMMEDIATE START**

We have work RIGHT NOW for the RIGHT PEOPLE at major distribution facilities in and around the Greater Sydney Region. This is a fantastic opportunity with full-time hours on a casual basis as well as the flexibility to work days and times that suit YOUR schedule.

We have morning shifts starting at 6 am and afternoon shifts starting at 2 pm.

**TRAINING**
- Theory and practical training are provided, both on-site and in a classroom environment
- We assist you with obtaining a forklift licence.
- You have the opportunity to learn how to operate a slip sheet, clamp and operate high-reach forklift.
- You’ll be trained on health and safety. Stretches are performed as a team, before, during and after a shift.

**EARNINGS $$$**

On average, employees earn between $32-$36 per hour (base rate) with the potential to earn more.

Based on the container rate system - what this means is that depending on the number of units in the containers, whether they're mixed or difficult containers and how long your team takes to unload a container, will influence how much you earn for the day. How much you make, is up to you and how you work. You can potentially earn more than the average.

- Be able to repetitively lift bags, boxes and cartons - some weighing +20
- Be reliable, punctual, and polite
- Have a current driver’s licence
- Have a vehicle to commute to and from sites.
