**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the **Operations Manager** at **Wilpena Resort** plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of Australia’s most breathtaking locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a dynamic, guest-focused professional who thrives in a high-energy environment. You’ll oversee daily operations across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be the face of the resort, welcoming guests and ensuring an exceptional stay.
- Lead and develop a strong, motivated team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
- Oversee and manage Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and accommodation quality.
- Work closely with the General Manager to manage budgets, rostering, and financials.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and elevate guest experiences.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in hospitality or remote resorts, is essential.
- Proven experience managing a resort, lodge, or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and ability to foster a positive work environment
- Experience managing rostering and financials, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- A background in high-end food and beverage service.
- Experience with front office operations.
- Knowledge of RMS, or similar property management systems.
- A passion for guest service and the flair to create exceptional experiences.
