**Job Description**:
**The Global OD Lead**, is a newly created role, that plays a critical part in BlueScope’s purpose: To create and inspire smart solutions in steel, to strengthen our communities for the future.

In this role you will lead the design, development and deployment of solutions to support the growth and development of leaders across BlueScope globally and that drive the engagement of the employee population more broadly.

**The Opportunity**

As a key member of the organisational development team, you will partner with key business leaders, regional talent leaders and external consultancies, to create a sustainable learning experiences, that inspire personal growth, capability development and performance particularly for our leaders.

You will provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process, that results in the creation of an internal bench of leadership talent who are capable to deliver on the business strategy.

You will focus on employee experience and the value proposition we bring to our people and provide the frameworks and thought leadership to assist BlueScope in listening to our people.

Critical to this role will be the utilisation of data and insights to ensure performance and development needs are identified, and the ability to plan and deliver exceptional experiences for our people globally that engage them in their development and growth.

**Your Background**

You will be an experienced OD practitioner who has delivered OD solutions to large workforces globally. We’re expecting you to be a highly collaborative and influential communicator, who can build trust and meaningful partnerships across an organisation. You will demonstrate a forward-thinking and a proactive approach, with the ability to translate complex concepts into pragmatic processes and insights that provide the best experiences for our people

We’re seeking a tertiary-qualified human resources professional, with demonstrated in-house experience in OD and leadership development, within a CoE or matrixed organisation.

You would have a strong understanding of practices and trends in leadership development, talent pipelining and assessment insights.

You’ll work in a fast moving and challenging but rewarding environment that values diversity, encourages innovation, and commitment to making a difference.

Location is Melbourne or Sydney, within a hybrid workplace.
