**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **reliable, hard-working team player** who is ready to take on a hands-on role with long-term potential.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Installing and removing insulation in residential properties
- Manual handling, working in confined roof spaces, and using ladders
- Representing our brand with professionalism and care
- Opportunity to enter the Energy efficiency industry and Thermal imaging

**No experience? No problem**

Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to earn a **nationally accredited qualification** in insulation installation.

**Location**:
This position is based in **Prestons, NSW**.

**Hours**:

- **Weekday shifts**, starting at **5:30 am** with varying finish times
- This is a **casual position**, with potential to transition to **full-time** employment based on performance and business needs

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Physically **fit** and comfortable working in tight roof spaces, at heights, on ladders and in different weather conditions
- A **team player** with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

**What You’ll Need (if successful at interview)**:

- White Card
- Police clearance
- Driver’s licence
- Proof of Australian work rights (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa)
