Are you passionate about shaping better employment outcomes for international university students in Australia?

Exciting opportunity for a team of students to collaborate on a research project that will help UNSW Business School to gain insights into the journey for international postgraduate students, specifically those seeking to stay in Australia long term. The project will explore their experiences from study to securing employment in the Australian job market after graduation.

We are looking to form a team of six postgraduate students who will work together to complete research, find and organize data, create surveys, host focus groups and deliver the findings by focusing on three stakeholder groups:

- Students
- Alumni
- Industry

As part of this project, students will work independently and will be required to attend regular meetings with Career Accelerator staff. The project will commence immediately and is expected to run until September 2025.
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- A student perspective and a willingness to contribute to ideation and problem-solving
- A commitment to the UNSW Values in Action and the UNSW Code of Conduct
- Align with and actively demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action: Our Behaviors and the UNSW Code of Conduct
